Dimension Research has conducted training program on “Pakistan Pharmacovigilance Guidelines & ADR Reporting System” in Cancer Foundation Hospital on Thursday, 29th July 2021.

Dr. Lubna Senior Oncologist in Cancer Foundation Hospital Karachi requested DR to conduct a training session in his department and showed interest to establish ADR reporting system as per federal guidelines.

Muhammad Saqib Siddiqui (Marketing Manager Dimension Research) has started the session with the introduction of Dimension Research and highlighted its services including Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, Patient Support Program, Trainings and Software Development.

Khurram Zaki Khan (C.E.O Dimension Research) and Syed Mohammad Raza (Trainer) conducted training session on:

  • ADR Reporting System and Overview of Pharmacovigilance Guidelines in Pakistan
  • Role of Health care professionals and institutes

Dr. Abid Jamal C.E.O of Cancer Foundation Hospital appreciated the efforts of DR to increase the awareness about pharmacovigilance and ADR reporting system to improve the patient’s safety; especially in the segment of cancer in Pakistan. A focal person of the department has been nominated to coordinate with DR in implementing the ADR reporting system and related projects.

Dr. Lubna ended the training session by giving vote of thanks and appreciated Dimension Research team and participants to show interest in Pharmacovigilance training.

The training session was participated by faculty, pharmacist and Medical Officers of Department of cancer, Cancer Foundation.
